When you are away from the office , you can call customers with a SIP software phone on your smartphone without any additional fees. And your customer is notified of your office phone number instead of the number of your cellular phone.

Customers can leave a voice mail if they call when you are away. The KX-NS300 can record a maximum of 24 channels at the same time and up to 400 hours.

The KX-NS300 sends an e-mail to the corresponding user with your PC or cellular phone when they have new messages. Missed calls without a voice message can also be e-mailed. So, you can contact customers quickly.
